Time is running out! We’re down to the last two days to join our Imperial March contest to show the galaxy what you’ve got. The hyperspace lanes are closing soon, so if you’ve been waiting to submit your creations, now’s the time!
Whether you’ve built an iconic character, an epic starship, or a totally reimagined scene from a galaxy far, far away—make sure your entries are submitted by the end of March in your local galactic standard time (aka by 11:59 pm PT on March 31st).
If you’ve been stalling like a malfunctioning hyperdrive, now’s your last chance to make the jump to lightspeed and submit your entries!
Three Epic Categories
There’s still time to strike back in any—or all—of the following categories:
1. Legendary Characters and Creatures
Wookies, Jawas, Jedi, and Jar Jar—if it walks, crawls, or flies in the galaxy, it’s fair game. Use the Force (or your parts bin) to create something unforgettable.

2. Epic Ships and Vehicles
X-Wings, TIE fighters, speeders, Star Destroyers—if it flies (or walks menacingly across Hoth), build it better, faster, or funnier than we’ve ever seen before.
Category Prizes: 75404 Acclamator-Class Assault Ship & 75383 Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator
3. Rebuild the Galaxy Scene
Take a classic Star Wars moment and give it your own twist. Maybe the Death Star was a rock band name. Maybe Chewbacca won the podrace. Maybe Ewoks are the true Sith lords. If it is creative and nutty, we’re here for it.

Upload your MOC(s) to Flickr in the Imperial March 2025 group.
Tag @bricknerdofficial on Instagram with #ImperialMarch25 and #BrickNerd.

Imperial March Official Rules
All entries must be new creations built since the announcement of the contest and not based on any existing builds, instructions, or sets. Entries may be updated as long as the contest is still open.
The contest will be judged by BrickNerd contributors and Boone Langston who will evaluate entries based on concept, quality, and presentation.
Your entry should be submitted via Google form and posted in the Imperial March Flickr group or on Instagram, tagging and mentioning @BrickNerd/@BrickNerdOfficial, stating the category you are entering, and adding the hashtags #ImperialMarch25 and #BrickNerd. If you do not indicate a category, one will be chosen for you.
If you don’t have either Flickr or Instagram or if you do not have a Google account, please email your submission to dave@bricknerd.com.
The contest ends on March 31st, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST (7:59 am GMT on April 1st for the Europeans). Winners will be announced a few weeks later.
You may enter as many times as you want with unique creations. A single builder can win multiple prizes. However, we caution you against spamming multiple builds unrelated to the contest.
Digital renders are allowed, though the creation must be structurally sound and all the pieces must be available physically. Custom minifigures, stickers, lights, effects, and prints are allowed in Imperial March, though they should not be the sole focus of your entry.
These rules and prizes may be modified at any point, and prizes may be substituted for comparable items depending on the winner’s location and local currency.
