Starting in the 1970s and peaking in the 80s, arcade machines were a popular way to play the first video games before smaller gaming consoles were introduced. Often found in arcades (meaning gaming halls), they brought classics like Pong, PAC-MAN, and Donkey Kong to the masses. The players were always on the hunt for a new high score to be the king of the arcade.
The concept of an arcade machine is nothing new in LEGO form.
