The CITY theme spans a lot of different subthemes. There are evergreens like Police and Firefighters, various garages, stores and houses, and less ‘city’ excursions like artic and jungle explorers, volcanos, mining, space, and however Stuntz fits in there. But one thing every city needs are construction workers, and as such they often show up in CITY sets.
