The Castle theme is still a fan-favorite theme. LEGO has released 3 Castle-related sets recently (not counting Gift With Purchase 40601-1 Majisto’s Magical Workshop), and these are very popular with Alternate MOC designers. I’ve already reviewed MOC-118869 Medieval Castle Keep, which combines 21325-1 Medieval Blacksmith and 31120-1 Medieval Castle into a beautiful keep. That last set has more than 100 Alternate MOCs listed, using a single copy. But if you have more than one copy of the set, you can build even bigger MOCs known as Partial Alternate build.
