LEGO and Formula 1 are still partnering up, and sets come across multiple themes, including Technic, which is no stranger to the speedy cars. All the way back in 1990, a b-model of 8830-1 Rally 6-Wheeler featured a F1(-style) car, and the first set with a F1 car as main focus was 8808-1 F1 Racer from 1994, and the same year saw the first large-scale car as b-model of 8880-1 Super Car .
