Now I don’t mean to be rude; but of all the creatures in the animal kingdom, the hippopotamus is surely the one that is most frequently depicted as, erm, generously proportioned. LEGO builder extraordinaire Cecilie Fritzvold is here to smash that stereotype though! This is her second creation inspired by a series of Kinder Egg toys called the Happy Hippos. And happy this hippo should be, as clearly their time in the gym is paying off! Perhaps those other famous toy hippos are only Hungry Hungry as they’re bulking and trying to meet their calorie intake…
