Some LEGO challenges are very prescriptive in what they entail. Build a rover (must have wheels), make a Vic Viper (doesn’t count if it doesn’t have a specific wing configuration), etc. Now there’s nothing wrong with that – indeed, sometimes being specific can encourage more creative solutions. But there is also something to be said for a deliberately open-ended theme. Byldan interprets the theme ‘Sleight of Hand’ from Round 3 of the Bio-Cup with a build entitled “Tithe’s Infernal Bargain”. It’s a real smorgasbord of colour and parts, and it’s entrancing to look at. But as the name suggests: careful what deals you make with this creature!
