The Castle theme is alive! LEGO has released 3 Castle-related sets recently (not counting Gift With Purchase 40601-1 Majisto’s Magical Workshop), and these are very popular with Alternate MOC designers. One of these sets, 31120-1 Medieval Castle, has more than 100 Alternate MOCs listed, using a single copy, feeding your need for Castle nicely. But if you have more than one copy of the set, you can build even bigger MOCs known as Partial Alternate builds.
